Payment Conditions
A credit card number is required only for guarantee purposes; payment will be made at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Conditions
For bookings canceled up to 15 days before the start of the stay, the tenant receives an 80% refund of the payment;
For no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Security Deposit
The client is responsible for any damages caused inside the property during the stay.
At check-in, as a security deposit, a deposit of €300.00 (cash or credit card) will be requested, which will be returned at check-out, after verifying that no damage has been done to the property.
